(seigetsu torajikomedii)
Tragicomedy of the Moon and Stars

Circle: Yonder Voice
(Tragicomedy of the Moon and Stars)
(Yaoshanbailing), yukina
Lyrics: 蒼羅杏 (Anzu Sora)
Arrangement: Zris
Released: Comiket 92

Original:
(Welcome to the Moon Tour)

The titular song is a (rare) duet this time. A good performance from both vocalists, I liked yukina more than I usually do in this. It’s a fun song that flows well and the lyrics are definitely very “hifuu-like”. This post is made possible by Yuu’s transcription (thank you!) because my C92 package is sadly still on its way.

hoshi no shirube tadori aruku sora no hate

We walk the path marked by stars, to the end of the sky…

iro azayaka na ito musubi hirogaru nebura
ho wo susumeru futari wo tsutsumu ama no gawa no shionari

A nebula of vividly coloured threads joined together spreads out.
The sound of the milky way’s tide envelops the two of us as we advance.

nani mo kamo shiritai to itsumo kimi ga warau kara
watashitachi no tabi wa hisoka ni hajimatteku

Because you always laugh and say you want to know everything,
Our journey is beginning in secret.

miageta biroodo no unabara
fukaku shizumu houseki wa madoromi
tsuki no akari ga kimi no hitomi wo sotto tomoshita

The gems sinking deep into the ocean of velvet
That we look up at, are slumbering.
The moonlight gently illuminated your eyes.

yoru no hotori sora no kizahashi ni koshikakeru to
omoidasu yo kimi ga hanashita kakuu no otogibanashi
kouyatte ne kidzukeba futari hohaba wo awase
atarimae no you ni waraiai nagara tsugi no basho e

When it’s close to nighttime and we sit down on the stairway to space,
I remember the imaginary fairytales that you’ve told me about.
This is how it goes, before we know it, we’re walking at the same pace.
Laughing as if that’s only natural, heading towards our next destination.

samayou watashi no te wo gyutto tsukande kureta kara
issui no yume yori kimi to iru ima wo erabu

Because you tightly held my hand for me when I wandered,
I choose a reality where I’m with you over an empty dream.

kawaita kokoro wo uruoshita
kimi ga kureta shoudou to koukishin
nagare ochiteku hoshikuzu no naka mitsume atte

The drive and curiosity you awakened in me
Watered my heart that had dried up.

Surrounded by falling stardust, we look at each other.

kirei na mono hodo osoroshii
sore demo kimi wa oitsudzukeru no deshou
kagirareta sekai demo kimi to onaji keshiki ga mitai
itsuka ochiru toki mo issho naraba shiawase yo
mugen no saki hikari kagayaku tsuki wo mezashite
hashiridashita futari no rouman hoshi wo kakeru

It’s as frightening as it is beautiful,
But you’ll continue to chase after it, won’t you?
Though this world is limited, I want to see the same scenes with you.
Even when we eventually fall, I’ll be happy as long as we’re together.
It’s our romance, in which we started running, aiming for
The moon that shines beyond infinity – dashing through the stars!
